Your cutlery is guaranteed against breakage for five years under normal kitchen use. Normal kitchen use does not include the following: cutting frozen food or vegetables, cutting cheese (we recommend a cheese slicer), damage resulting from a dishwasher or garbage disposal, or dropping the knife on the floor or counter. Misuse of a knife will make the guarantee null and void. All postage charges associated with sending a broken or damaged knife to and from Warther Cutlery are the customer’s responsibility.
